Privacy Policy

Effective September 8, 2026

WallyHub Calendar Sync is a private personal calendar synchronization service. It is designed for use by the account owner and a small number of specifically authorized users.

Google user data accessed

The application may access Google Calendar data and calendar permissions authorized through Google OAuth. This access is used only to create, update, and maintain private calendar mirrors in the authorized Google account.

How data is used

Google Calendar data is used solely to perform calendar synchronization requested by the authorized user. The application does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, marketing, or unrelated purposes.

Storage

OAuth credentials and synchronization metadata may be stored privately by the application owner for the purpose of maintaining the synchronization service. Access is restricted to the application owner and the systems required to operate the service.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Data is transmitted only to Google services as needed to perform the requested calendar synchronization.

Data retention and deletion

Synchronization credentials and related metadata are retained only while the integration is in use. The authorized user may revoke Google access at any time through their Google Account permissions. Stored credentials and synchronization metadata can then be deleted by the application owner.

Limited Use

WallyHub Calendar Sync's use of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing and improving the calendar synchronization functionality requested by the authorized user.
